Hi, I'm Philip V., a full-stack software developer specializing in building regulated, business-logic-heavy applications. From a background in Finance, over years I realized that computers fascinate me more. And sharing what you have learned feels like a good way to improve your knowledge, so this blog was created.

So far, I've produced a couple articles on Angular, as I lean towards building single page applications with Angular/Java. But recently I've started exploring the JavaScript ecosystem a little more, because full-stack roles gravitate towards building in this language. There's an article about Next.JS from the perspective of SPA-experienced developer, and hopefully, soon would be more.

Right now, I'm working at @Pangea Biomed, a company that redefines precision oncology with ENLIGHT, a family of algorithms that recommends therapies based on the patient's genetic data.
I'm a maintainer of our portal, an application that connects healthcare professionals to ENLIGHT. I've been the code owner from day one - and as requirements evolve and technologies update, building Pangea's portal was (and is) an interesting journey! You can connect with me on LinkedIn.
